Ticketing Procedure
At Magic Springs & Crystal Falls, you get both parks and our live concerts on select dates for one low admission price. Contact a group sales representative at 501-318-5370 to find out how to plan your group’s outing and make it an enjoyable event for everyone.
Corporate Discount Payment
To guarantee your outing date, all you have to do is make a 15% deposit at the time you sign your confirmation contract. The amount of the deposit is equal to 15% of the projected balance for admissions for your outing. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final invoice, which will reflect only the actual number of admission tickets redeemed on the day of your event. The balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice. Tickets are valid only on the day of the event.
Catering Services (optional)
Magic Springs & Crystal Falls offers catering for groups of 50 or more. Your group can enjoy a delicious old-fashioned picnic served buffet-style. See page 4 for complete information on menu and catering services. You can select your menu from a variety of traditional favorites, including fried chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs, grilled chicken breasts, and more. All are served with side dishes, condiments, and unlimited beverage service during mealtime. You’ll be served, with personal attention from our catering team, in our private picnic area, which offers covered pavilions reserved exclusively for use by catered groups. Bingo equipment and a PA system are available for your use at no additional charge. To ensure that your group knows what time to meet at its picnic pavilion, meal service and refreshment times are printed on each of the admission/meal tickets you receive in advance of the event.
FunDay Tickets
To reserve a day of rides, water play, and great entertainment for groups of 15 or more, simply select a date and invite all members of your group to join in the fun. Your group could receive a full day’s admission to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls for as little as $27.99 (plus tax) per person. That’s a savings of 45% off the regular price of general admission!
Corporate Consignment Tickets
Consignment tickets provide a great money-saving benefit for your employees, and cost you nothing. By participating in a consignment program, you simply offer your employees the opportunity to purchase discount tickets at work saving them at least $20.00 off the regular general admission price. We will simply bill you monthly for the number of tickets used. (A minimum order of 50 tickets is required to participate.) Credit will be given for all unused tickets returned at the end of the season.
Event Support Materials
Communication is the key to a successful event. A variety of free promotional materials is available to help you announce your group event. We can supply full-color announcement posters, payroll stuffers, logos, and newsletter information. For very large groups, on-site assistance can be arranged through your sales representative. Notes
The ticket order form must be received at least 48 hours in advance through the Magic Springs group sales office by either telephone at 501-318-5370 or by mail at 1701 East Grand Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901. Orders may also be faxed with credit card information to 501-318-5367. To avoid lines at the front gate, merely send your order form and full payment 14 days prior to your visit and we will forward your tickets to you in advance.
Payment can be made by cash, certified check, money order, or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards only.
Tickets must be used on specified date.

We will provide catering prices upon request. Once you select the menu for your outing, we can submit a catering estimate for your picnic.
