Buses and 15 passenger vans or larger park for Free!
Special pricing is available for groups of 15 or more. Our group event planners will be happy to customize your event to include not only a discounted admission price but even an All You Can Eat catered buffet in a private, reserved catering area (restrictions apply) or a prepaid voucher for a meal valid at any of our participating food stands.
For 100 or more, customized events are our specialty. Our group event planners will put together a package with discounted admission, meal options and a variety of additional activities. All You Can Eat picnic buffets are also available for groups of 50 or more. Call (501) 318-5310 to request more information.
Groups of 15-99 receive discounted admission when booked in advance. Tickets can be bought online, by mail, email to email@example.com or by phone at (501) 318-5370.
ONLINE: Buy 15-50 tickets online and print them immediately with Print At Home. Online orders require credit card payment and must include state sales tax. Online ticket orders cannot be held at the Will Call window.
MAIL/PHONE: Advanced Ticket orders must be received at least 5 business days in advance. Call (501) 318-5370 to order by phone (Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST). All orders received less than 10 business days prior to your visit will be held for pick-up at the Will Call window at the park's main gate. To receive tax exemption, a current state tax exemption certificate must be included with your order. By state law, we cannot process tax-exempt ticket orders until a tax-exempt certificate has been received. According to Arkansas State Tax Laws, Schools and Churches are not considered to be tax exempt institutions for purchases at Magic Springs. Checks and credit cards are accepted for mail orders; credit and debit cards are accepted for phone orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
Note, tickets are non-refundable. Prices and operating schedules are subject to change without notice. Pre-ordered Group tickets can be used any regular operating day during the 2014 season. Shipping/processing fees apply to group orders that wish to have their tickets in advance. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Additional tickets may be purchased at Will Call on the day of your visit for the prepaid price (present original receipt).
Parking for buses, 15 passenger vans and larger, and Charter buses is Free and cars are $10 per vehicle. Complimentary admission is provided to your bus driver with a CDL on the day of your visit.
PURCHASING AT THE PARK: Group tickets can be bought at the park on the day of your visit, but it pays to purchase in advance. Walk-Up Groups of 15 or more pay $40.99 + tax per person on Saturdays and $38.99 plus tax, per person, when tickets are purchased at the Ticket windows at Magic Springs Water and Theme Park.
