THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME DUE TO COVID-19

As you prepare for your visit to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park this summer we wanted to share with you some helpful tips as well as provide you with an idea of what to expect when you arrive.

 

  Consider purchasing the following items online to minimize wait. We encourage the use of credit cards whenever possible

Admission Tickets
Cabanas
Meal Vouchers
Parking

  Bring as few items as possible into the park. Park Security will be doing bag checks

  Bring a coast guard approved life-jacket for children

  We highly encourage guests to bring their own masks for use at various times throughout your visit at locations such as all enclosed food locations and select            rides such as Bumper Cars and The Hawk. Please note that Magic Springs does not supply masks, but they are available for purchase

  Be patient - as social distancing will create added wait times at high volume locations such as:

Park Entrance
Entrance to Rides & Water Attractions
Food Stands & Retail locations
Season Pass Office

  Social distancing will cause reduced capacities on most attractions. For your safety please follow all posted guidelines

  The following locations will be closed for guest safety

Chiller Pool
 Select Games Locations
Log Flume
Old Time Photo
SkyShark
Splash Island

  Tube usage guidelines:

River – Tubes are required & will be provided
Wave Pool – Tubes are not allowed

  Seating in Water Park will be reduced to comply with social distancing guidelines

  Due to fewer anticipated guests may we suggest a weekday visit so as to ensure the best visit possible
