THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME DUE TO COVID-19

Magic Springs Theme & Water Park is committed to continue the tradition of providing quality family fun to our visitors. The safety and well-being of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. As we continue to monitor this evolving situation, we have put in place increased sanitization protocol and will continue to follow the guidance of federal, state and local health agencies. As our guests, we understand you may have questions about COVID-19 and our park. We want to share with you some helpful tips as well as provide you with an idea of what to expect when you arrive:

Consider purchasing the following items online to minimize wait. We encourage the use of credit cards whenever possible

Admission Tickets
Cabanas
Meal Vouchers
Parking

Bring as few items as possible into the park. Park Security will be doing bag checks

Bring a coast guard approved life-jacket for children

Masks are required to enter the park and while inside locations such as restrooms, changing rooms, restaurants and gift shops. Masks will not be required in             open spaces such as walkways if guests remain at least six feet apart. We ask your assistance in self-distancing your group from others. Masks are required to           ride bumper cars and The Hawk. Masks will not be required at water attractions. Masks are not required for children UNDER 10 or guests with medical conditions     such as asthma. Please note that Magic Springs does not supply masks, but they are available for purchase at the Front Gate and our retail shops

Be patient - as social distancing will create added wait times at high volume locations such as:

Park Entrance
Entrance to Rides & Water Attractions
Food Stands & Retail locations
Season Pass Office

Social distancing will cause reduced capacities on most attractions. For your safety please follow all posted guidelines

The following locations will be closed for guest safety:

 Select Games Locations
Old Time Photo
SkyShark
Additionally, waves are not currently operational at Wave Pool due to social distancing requirements

  Tube usage guidelines:

River – Tubes are required & will be provided
Wave Pool – Tubes are not allowed

Seating in Water Park will be reduced to comply with social distancing guidelines

Due to fewer anticipated guests may we suggest a weekday visit so as to ensure the best visit possible

The CDC and local health departments advise that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 while in any public place where people are present.
